Compliance partnerships: developing the use of 'established means'

The OFT has prepared a set of principles to apply when working with its partners, including self-regulatory bodies, to maximise compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 (BPRs).

The OFT launched a consultation on 11 December 2008 which closed on 5 March 2009. See further information on the consultation page. The principles form part of the OFT's response to this consultation.
